The GLOW mindset: A frame of reference to examine what brings shine to your being through nurturing self-care and the quality of your thoughts through mindfulness.

Grow–Counter complacency. Follow your passion.
If you were a plant…

  • Earth–Loving, clean home. Eat the rainbow. Joyful heart.

  • Sun–Warm, light, and healthy relations. Vitamin D

  • Water–Unpolluted, relaxed, frequent hydration. 
Approximately 70% H2O

  • Air–Nature walks, clean oxygen. Breath awareness = physical sensations.

  • Passion–True motivation, the driving force.

These needs change constantly. Keep a personal pulse on your changing priorities and needs (self-nurture), filling your heart with light.
 

Listen–Motor Sensory feedback. What do you need now?

  • What is communities with your body? What quality of witness do you provide to this communication?

  • How is your relationship with your self? What is the quality of your thoughts? (There are two kinds of thoughts–those that build and those that knock down.)

  • Are your relations with others in life supportive, encouraging, and empowering?
     

Observe–Mindfulness over quality of thoughts, your reactions and actions?

  • How do the thoughts that you accept as true affect your soma? What sensations are generated (lightness, heaviness, joy, judgement, freedom, etc.)?

  • How do the perceptions or possibly even judgements of your observations play a role in your reactions (physical sensations) and therefore, actions (physical reactions) that determine the outcome (physical tone) in any given situation?

  • The skill is to observe without judgement the unfolding of events and then determine to stay and play, or to disengage to move on to a healthier situation. Follow the wisdom of your soma’s guidance.
     

Water–Muscular flow and movement. Cleansing, emotional relief. Path of least resistance.

  • Visualize fluidity of the musculoskeletal system to bring about fluidity of the cardiovascular system, and of the cranial-sacral rhythm.

  • Ask yourself what fluids you drink on a daily basis to aid your body, blood, synovial fluids, mucus membrane, organs, etc.

  • Water is life–Ocean, love creation, emotions, changing, fluid, sensuality, relaxing, life force, flow, moon energy, spiral. The water can hear and water has memory.
     

To give your positive or negative attention to something is a way of giving energy. Radiant energy is born when different vibrations are in harmony. Love and gratitude are fundamental to the phenomenon of life in all of nature.

Mountains should be climbed with as little effort as possible and without desire. The reality of your own nature should determine the speed. If you become restless, speed up.
