Audio Recordings of Thomas Hanna, Ph.D

These audio clips are from the first and only Hanna Somatic Education® training taught by Thomas Hanna, Ph.D. who sadly passed before he could complete teaching it in 1990. The 49 CD audio set of the Wave One training is the only recording of Tom teaching this work to potential trainers. We plan to periodically rotate the recordings available so that visitors and members will have a chance to hear from Thomas Hanna directly.

He also offered one-day workshops teaching the Somatic Exercises to the general public for specific body areas. The Somatic Exercise recordings are available for purchase to the general public and are both incredibly helpful and entertaining in their delivery.

The Wave One CD set captures Thomas Hanna at the peak of his abilities both practicing and communicating this gentle yet powerful discipline now known as Hanna Somatic Education® and Training, with its focus on education and the client's participation in the re-learning process.
