I am a Certified Hanna Somatic Educator, having trained at the Novato Institute with the original team who trained with Thomas Hanna, and I have studied various forms of dance, yoga, and music throughout my life. I offer direct services for the Sonoma County and Northern California areas, as well as online sessions and classes for distance clients. I cater to clients of all ages and persuasions, including children, teenagers, athletes, seniors, and healthcare professionals.

 

I currently work with those suffering from chronic pain, recovering from injury, or wanting to improve their mobility so as to prevent injury. I conduct private sessions at my Sebastopol, California office as well as online video sessions and classes with clients who seek personalized help in resolving chronic pain and improving mobility.

 

My goal is to educate those seeking relief and optimized movement education, using Hanna Somatic Education as a quick, effective, common sense modality that has proven useful for almost anyone who wants to understand their own bodies and move well.
